MOWCHAK WINS!
Under the tutelage of Mowchak's former Head Chef, Mr. Ahmed, Master chef Kowsar Miah was recently crowned king of curry by the prestigious Curry Life magazine.
Master chef Miah fought off competition from all across the UK to become "Curry Chef of the Year 2011-12."
He proudly received his award from the former Chairman of the Conservative Party and present Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Eric Pickles MP, and former Health Secretary, Mr. Frank Dobson at a gala ceremony in London (picture below).
"I'm delighted to have been crowned the best curry chef in the whole of UK and I intend to go on from strength to strength and get better and better." said the ecstatic winner. "The Mowchak has a proud history of regularly winning these titles and I'm honoured to become part of Mowchak's prestigious roll call of winners."
